1. Who we are
This website is operated by AXENTOS, Scherffenberggasse 1, 1180, Vienna, Austria (“we”, “us”, “Axentos”). We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website.
Contact: hello@axentos.com
2. What data we collect and why
Server logs
When you visit this website, our web server automatically records standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of access. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure and functional website. Log files are retained for a maximum of 14 days and then deleted automatically.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes. No cookie consent banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.
Your browser may set a session cookie for technical reasons. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service operated by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, EU). Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individuals across websites. Aggregate usage data is stored on EU servers. If implemented, no consent banner will be required as no personal data is processed.
4. Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts via a CSS import. This may cause your browser to make a request to Google’s servers, transmitting your IP address. We are working to self-host all fonts to eliminate this dependency. If you wish to avoid this, you can block Google Fonts requests via your browser or a browser extension.
We do not embed YouTube videos, social media widgets, or any other third-party content that would transmit your data to third parties without your knowledge.
5. Your rights under GDPR
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15): You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16): You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (Art. 17): You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Right to restriction (Art. 18): You may request that we restrict processing of your data.
- Right to data portability (Art. 20): You may request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object (Art. 21): You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)): Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@axentos.com. We will respond within 30 days.
